Please cancel all active subscriptions, and reactivate using the New Subscriptions service.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Step 1: Log in to your account, then access the Yotpo subscription portal by clicking the link below:  Old Portal: https://biodroga.com.au/pages/legacy-subscription-portal

Step 2: Click on ‘Manage Subscription’, then click ‘Cancel Subscription’ 

Step 3: Repeat the same steps for every active subscription you have.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO RESTART YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Step 1: Navigate to the product page of the product of your choosing.

Step 2: Click on ‘Subscribe and Save’ on the product page and select your delivery schedule.
